About Us….

At Consider It Staged, Yvonne and Maureen have had a passion for home decorating and color design and over the years have assisted many family members and friends with their decorating needs. We have taken our passion and knowledge to another level and have become HSR Certified Home Stagers and Redesigners. Now, in the last 3 years since opening our growing company, Yvonne and Maureen have had several opportunities to Stage Homes For Sale as well as Redesign Homes to Dwell. We recognize that “staging” has become a necessity in today’s climate, where as “design” has become a luxury. We look at your home through buyer’s eyes and help you transform your house into the special home the buyer has been searching for. We are experts at using what you already own, accessorizing when needed and giving your home a fresh, new and appealing look. We recognize that in Home Staging that the “less is more” theory prevails and enables us to enhance your home with minimal expense.

In Home Redesign, we help homeowners refresh their home to their specific taste, using what the homeowner has or by bringing in new items to enhance what is already there with personal taste and colors. Redesign is customizing a home to the owner’s personal taste and style. Staging focuses on making a property appeal to the largest number of potential buyers by de-personalizing and neutralizing the home for sale.

We would proudly like to introduce a new addition to our Designing family. Deborah Schwartz joined us as an intern with Consider It Staged in April of this year and has swiftly become a GREAT Associate to our Staging Team. Deborah has been a great contibutor to our company, has wonderful ideas, work ethic and is a wonderful artist. Maureen and Yvonne welcome Deborah as a Team member and already enjoy her sparkling and witty personality. Deborah has contributed so much in such a short time and has already made a wonderful addition to our Staging Company. She is definitely a positive and beneficial asset to our growing team.
