Consultation 150.00 1 to 2 hours in the home.

All of our services start with an Initial Consultation Working Session and Walk Thru. During this time we can better serve the home seller by assessing what can and should be done to the home in order for it to show better and sell faster. At Consider It Staged we will spend 2-3 hours with the home seller and the realtor walking thru the home and discussing needs, wants, goals and expectations. During the consultation the home seller will receive information on how to address each room of the home so it shows to fullest potential. We will end the consultation with a proposal for further staging services if needed.

50.00 credit if Contract is made.

The Minimum makeover every Realtor should suggest to every client

Half-Day Staging (Includes 10+ page Detailed Action Plan) 495.00 up to 4 hours

This service is designed for those homes that need just a little extra attention and expertise (up to 4 hours). The Consider It Staged consultant will be working off of a detailed walk thru worksheet that will be given to the home seller in order to complete the transformations. We will spend 4 hours transforming the home by focusing on priority of effectiveness.

Full Day Staging (Includes 10+ page Detailed Action Plan) 895.00 up to 8 hours

What a difference a day makes! We spend a full day (up to 8 hours) working off of our Detailed Action Plan making dramatic transformations to your home. At the end of the session Consider It Staged will give the seller the Detailed Action Plan in order to complete the transformations.

Completed Detailed Action Plan and “Do-It-Yourself” Guides 450.00

Add a completed 10 page Detailed Action Plan (DAP) to any of the above Staging Days or Consultation in order to complete the look yourself. We’ll take an extra hour going through the home with you and completing the DAP. We will also e-mail you “Do-It-Yourself” guides for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.

New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend (Includes Completed Detailed Action Plan) 895.00

This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market or prepare for an Open House in order to make a great first impression! A CIS consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. The consultant will be working off of a Detailed Action Plan that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session. To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!

Shopping Service 75 .00 per hour

We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home. Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room. We know where to go and even get “Designer Discounts”.
